It is set to print in standard A4 size on white paper and is a super easy way of recording meals for the day and any extra notes such as '+ 2 for dinner' or 'get meal out of the freezer'.
I find it's really useful to jot down my meal planning notes for the week and it keeps us on track with what we are having!
